Aurra Sing

Aurra Sing
Also known as 'Nashtah', Sing was a well respected and feared Bounty Hunter, but once had a very different life, for she was a Jedi Padowan to the Dark Woman who was no stranger to waifs and strays, however even she had trouble with Aurra and the latter never progressed past Padowan, mainly down to her inability to take orders. Then, she was kidnapped and turned against the Jedi before being taken slave by the Hutt clan. From then, she became a hunter, with a hatred particularly for the Jedi she now believed to be her enemy and of which she killed many.
Later, Dooku hired Sing to find the young Boba Fett, who it was believed had vital Separatist knowledge, but she tried to betray him instead, hoping to take Fett's own money for herself, though at this, she failed.
During the Clone wars however, she instead teamed up with Fett, in an attempt to kill Mace Windu, but again she failed and fled the scene in Boba Fett's ship, (Slave 1), whilst leaving Fett alone and wounded. She wasn't out of the woods though, as Padowan Tano had damaged Slave 1 and it crashed soon after. The Jedi from then presumed her dead, they were wrong, as her old flame Hondo Onaka found her and saved her life.
At another point in the 'Clone Wars', Sing was hire by Ziro the Hutt to kill Senator Amidala for trying to imprison him, also teaming up with Cad Bane and on this occasion she succeeded, and with other Bounty Hunters, she released Ziro and got paid well.
Years later, she went on the hunt for Jedi again and fought Aayla Secura among others, but she was beaten and arrested. Vader though released her, in return for aid in his purge of Jedi and again she went on the war path and faced many more, each time either completing her mission or fleeing mostly unscathed, whilst her opponents believed her to be dead. The true time of her death is still shrouded in mystery though, as she lived very old, but barely looked a day over 30, due to her families lineage of youth.

Kit Fisto

Kit Fisto
Jedi Master Fisto was a Nautolan and from a young age shew potential as a Jedi and in his time he took on his own 2 Padowan's, who both completed the Jedi trials, he was a General in the Clone Wars, was on the Jedi Council and he also made Master fairly early in his career.
He was naturally gifted in both use of the force and in under water thanks to his species's natural aptitude, which meant he was often called upon in a diversity of situations.
One of these occasions was in the Battle of Geonosis, where he and many other Jedi were dispatched to rescue Obi-Wan, Anakin and Padme.
He also participated in skirmishes on Mon Calamari, Kamino and Devaron. He also captured the Bounty Hunter Durge, though as Kit predicted, he escaped.
Later, Fisto and others were called upon when Nute Gunray escaped confinement under watch of Ahsoka and Luminara Unduli, during the Clone Wars, but they tracked him to a citadel and went to recapture him. However it was a ruse and Nute wasn't there instead there was a hologram of Count Dooku and soon Grievous had arrived, whereupon they realised, it was one of his hide outs. Grievous though was surprised, which gave impression he wasn't expecting them. The Jedi fought Grievous and he lost his legs, though he would soon have them replaced, thus is the help of being a a cyborg.
He participated in many other escapades after that, including returning to Mon Calamari and a mission to Rodia, where he was confronted by more Bounty Hunters.
What would be his last mission was to be part of a team to arrest Palpatine, who it had been found out he was a Sith Lord, but after arriving at Palpatine's quarters, 2 of the 4 Jedi were killed instantly by a swing of the Sith's Lightsabre. Master Fisto fought well, but he was no match for the Sith and was struck down also. Only Mace Windu remained and when Anakin came into the fray, he too was killed and subsequently coinciding with Order 66, the Jedi were all but wiped out.

Aayla Secura

Aayla Secura
Born Aaylas'ecura, Aayla was a discovered as high in the force at a young age by Quinlan Vos and when her life was put in danger by a Wampa, Vos saved Aayla's life and his own Master; Tholme, agreed to have her taken back to Coruscant and trained as a Jedi. She passed the trials soon and became a well respected Jedi knight, frequently serving the Jedi council with Vos and also often Kit Fisto, who she was very close to and eventually working up to become a wise Jedi Master.
When the Clone Wars started, Aayla was one of the Jedi sent to Geonosis, to rescue Anakin, Obi-Wan and Padme and when it turned into a full scale battle, Aayla became one of a few who came back from the skirmish unscathed. Following this battle, she went to more worlds and became one of many Jedi General's as the conflict went on. Battles on Quell, Hypori and Kamino were among these trips. What would be Aayla's last battle, she was sent to Felucia with a plan to aid young Barriss Offee, but when Darth Sidious gave 'Order 66', both were gunned down by the very clones they fought alongside just moment before.

Darth Revan

Darth Revan
A vastly influential 'extended universe' character, Revan played major parts in both the 'Mandalorian Wars' and the 'Jedi Civil War' and was born almost 4000 years before 'A new Hope'.
In his early years, he became a Jedi and worked his way up to Knight status, fighting against the Mandalorian's in the Galactic Republic's war against them. Donning a fallen Mandalorian mask, he eventually became Supreme commander, however, when he slayed their leader, Mandalore the Ultimate, he and his friend Malak, discovered a Sith influence and tracking it down, they found a Sith Emperor, who managed to turn them to the dark side. They soon fled his grasp though and set up their own Sith regime, becoming Darth Revan and Darth Malak and this resulted in the terrible Jedi Civil War.
However, Malak soon betrayed Revan and then female Jedi Bastila Shan captured him, before forming a force bond with him and wiping his memory.
With his new identity as a Republic soldier, Revan protected Shan as Malak tried to kill the Jedi, then Revan was once more trained as a Jedi. Soon though, Malak managed to capture the pair, turning Shan to the dark side, as Revan's true identity was revealed. Revan was forced with a choice and decided to bring Shan back to the light side and defeated Malak.
Revan eventually married Shan and for a while was content, but one day he was held captive again, this time by the Sith Emperor. He tried to escape with the help of others, but he failed and was kept captive in suspended animation for 300 years, until one day, the Republic eventually rescued him. He did then try to destroy the Sith Empire, but failed and went into complete obscurity. His teachings though would last for many a millennia, as Sith would study his methods and even the renowned Sith; Darth Bane, would learn from these, from where he decided on the Sith's 'rule of 2'.
Revan, who was neither Jedi nor Sith and yet sometimes both, would go down in history, but his origins are so vast and complex, no-one truly knows, just what he did managed to accomplish, but either way, he was remembered as a pivotal Master in all he did.

Ahsoka Tano

Ahsoka Tano
At the start of the Clone Wars, Anakin was coming into his own as Obi-Wan's Apprentice, but was often reckless and sometimes didn't think of others instinctively, so Yoda and the rest of the Jedi Council decided he should have a Padowan himself and so Ahsoka Tano was sent to him mid-quest and became his Padowan learner and although at first he was frustrated by the decision and reluctant to train her, Anakin soon took a liking to the girl, (who he often called 'Snips'), and frequently they shared missions and fought by each others side.
Her 1st mission under Anakin's tutelage was to get Jabba's  Huttlette son back from kidnappers, where a plot by Dooku soon put the Jedi in the blame. From then on, they undertook many tasks and Ahsoka fought many opponents including Grievous, Asajj Ventress and Cad Bane.
She stayed and Anakin's side for some while, but one mission went horribly wrong, when Ahsoka's Lightsabre was stolen and when she went looking for it, she found clone's dead, however, when she was seen standing over the clone's, she was suspected for the murder.
Tarkin was the main instigator in the plot against her and with his manipulation, even Anakin believed she was guilty.
Ahsoka was tried by a jury, with Tarkin as the prosecution and Padme as the defence, who still believed Ahsoka's words and although she was found innocent, she was saddened so much that she wasn't believed even by her own master, and the news that it was her supposed friend; Barriss Offee, that had framed her, that she left the Jedi order. Anakin went after her to try to bring her back and apologised, but she insisted, she was to take a new path and so she left Coruscant and the Jedi for good.

Qui-Gon Jinn

Qui-Gon Jinn
Qui-Gon was a wise Jedi, though he often ignored the Jedi council's advise and such he never made it onto the council itself. He did however train his apprentice; Obi Wan Kenobi very well, ending with him taking the trials, though his taking on of Anakin, was a shortlived task.
He started his career as the Padowan to Count Dooku, but their paths took very different routes, for whilst Dooku turned to the dark side, Qui-Gon became a well respected Jedi and preferred diplomatic solutions to combat.
On what he and Obi Wan thought would be a simple mission, the 2 Jedi went to a Trade Federation ship to discuss a blockade of Naboo, but it soon got nasty, when the Nemoidian leaders realised they were Jedi and sent battle droids to kill them. Of course the ploy failed and the Jedi escaped, but this started the initial conflict between the Trade Fed and the Republic, culminating in a battle between droids and the Gungans.
The Trade Federation planned to kidnap Queen Amidala, to force her to sign a treaty to promote the expansion of the Trade Fed's opportunities, but the Jedi became her loyal protectors. Then, as the Trade Fed put their plan in motion, a new opponent appeared to take on the Jedi. He was a Sith.
The Sith; Darth Maul, gave the 2 Jedi a tough battle and using his skills to separate the pair, the battle culminated in Maul defeating the older Jedi. Obi Wan was furious and raced to face Maul alone. He too was nearly beaten, as he fell into a shaft, but he used a force jump, to leap to safety and with one well placed swipe, he cut the Sith in half.
Obi Wan bent down to his master and Qui Gon gave Obi Wan a last request, to train Anakin, who he had earlier discovered and promised he would be a Jedi. Obi Wan agreed then Qui-Gon drew his final breath.

Mace Windu

Mace Windu
Mace was the head of the Jedi council and a skilled master of the Light sabre technique Vaapad, which many Jedi cannot master as it teeters on the line between Jedi skill and Sith styles.
He frequently talked with Master Yoda to assure right decisions were being made but he didn't mind getting his hands dirty either, such as the time he led a surprise attack on the arena of Geonosis, to free the 3 hero prisoners. He even succeeded in defeating Jango Fett, finishing him by beheading him.
One mission though would be his last, the one to arrest Palaptine. He and 3 other highly skilled Jedi went to Palpatine's quarters but revealing his true identity to all, he drew a lightsabre and had no trouble killing 3 of the Jedi very quickly. Mace fought well and beat the Sith and would have finished him, but Anakin turned up just at that moment and in one single mistake, he turned on the Jedi Master, giving Palpatine the chance to fight back and end Mace's life in a blast of Sith lightning, which shot him out the window to his doom.

Obi Wan (Ben) Kenobi

Obi Wan (Ben) Kenobi
Obi Wan was an apprentice to Qui Gon Jinn, but was very different to him, such as the way Qui Gon often ignored the Jedi council in favour of trusting his instincts whereas Obi Wan would more be faithful though naive. When Qui gon died, Obi Wan kept Qui Gon's promise to young Anakin alive, by taking him on as his own apprentice, but as he grew up, Anakin became harder to control and soon fell to the dark side, which caused a tense battle between the two on the planet Mustafar. With most of the Jedi dead and Palpatine proclaiming himself as Emperor, Obi Wan had nowhere to go, so he went to Tatooine and became a hermit.
Years later, Luke; Anakin's son, came looking for Obi, (now known as Ben) and he explained about the Jedi to him before the pair joined forces and went to the death star together, along with Han, Chewbacca and Leia. Ben went to look for the generator once aboard and soon met his past apprentice again, this time though he was Darth Vader and Ben's pleas would go ignored and instead another duel ensued, this time ending with Obi Wan giving his life to aid the hero's escape and to become one with the force.
Obi Wan was dead, but his spirit live on and for several years after, he returned to give advice to the future generation of Jedi.

Luke Skywalker

Luke Skywalker
Luke was the son to Darth Vader, though he didn't know it as he and his sister were separated at birth and sent to 2 different families. Whilst Leia was brought up by Bail Organa, Luke lived on a moisture farm on Tatooine with the Lars family. One day though, he purchased 2 droids, (R2D2 and C3PO), one of which had a secret message inside, from Leia herself, to Obi Wan Kenobi. Luke knew of a Ben Kenobi, so he went in search of him and found the 2 Kenobi's were actually the same person. Soon, Luke found himself mixed up in the struggle between good + evil and eventually leaned the truth about his past. After training with Yoda and officially joining the rebel alliance, Luke faced Vader twice, once losing an arm, but on the 2nd occasion, as Palpatine attacked him, he pleaded to Vader's good side and soon, good triumphed, as Vader killed Palpatine and saved his son. Vader died soon after, but Luke went on to have a very filled life, marrying a girl called Mara Jade, starting up his own Jedi academy and having a son which he named Ben after his 1st master. Before his final death and becoming one with the force, he also served against the Yuuzhan Vong, fought a reincarnation of the ancient Sith Exar Kun and was brainwashed temporarily by a clone of the Emperor.

Yoda

Yoda
Yoda was a wise old Jedi, who became a high member of the Jedi council. Many falsely thought he wasn't able to fight, but he used this to his advantage, because he was actually a very skilled swordsman. He survived order 66, (a Jedi purge) and went into hiding. Years later, he had become recluse and almost eccentric, but he was still very knowledgeable and when Luke came to him asking for training, he did just that, sadly he was very old by then and he died soon after. Like Anakin though, he had the skill to become one with the force and his spirit went on, to watch over Luke and Leia.

Darth Vader/Anakin

Darth Vader/Anakin Skywalker
Born to Shmi Skywalker, Anakin's birth was shrouded in mystery. He grew up on Tatooine and was a slave from a young age, though his true passion was always fixing or making things, like his pod racer, but one day his life changed, when a Jedi named Obi Wan Kenobi visited his home of Mos Espa. Soon he was freed from slavery and trained to be a Jedi Knight. He liked his original Master, Qui Gon Jinn, but when he was killed by a Sith, Obi Wan took him under his wing and over time Anakin grew angry towards his new master. Then with the secret Sith Palpatine whispering in his ear, Anakin soon fell to the dark side and became a Sith himself, taking on the new name, Darth Vader. Vader served with Palpatine for some while, but when his own son Luke met him, Luke began to get ply to Vader's inside emotions and goodness and in the end, after a mighty battle, Vader saved his beaten son and killed Palpatine, thus returning to the light side. However, in a previous battle with Obi Wan, he had been defeated and severely wounded, meaning he had to live within a life supporting suit, of which when damaged in this battle with Palpatine, he could no longer breathe properly and died. There is theory though, that the most gifted Jedi, can become one with the force and as such, their spirits live on.
